Domus Intersections

These spreads are from the March 2009 Intersections part of the Domus Magazine. The themes behind it are the mechanisms, strengths, frailties and possible scenarios on the eve of Web 3.0.

Onlab designed these pages, they wanted to create a tactile interaction by the reader. By folding the pages, two illustrations by Tobias Krafczyk appear: Miss & Mister Web 2.0. I think it is a very brave & creative design layout that is well executed.

The Grid System: The ultimate resource in grid systems

Made popular by the International Typographic Style movement and pioneered by legends like Josef Müller-Brockmann and Wim Crouwel, the grid is the foundation of any solid design. The Grid System is an ever-growing resource where graphic designers can learn about grid systems, the golden ratio and baseline grids.

Created by Antonio Carusone, graphic designer and author of the design and typography blog AisleOne.
